SCOPE OF SERVICE
The services to be provided can include in-store demonstrations, special promotions and trade shows. Responsibilities of Signature Concepts of Tampa will include:

1) providing personnel for promotions/shows or in-store demonstrations 2) procurement, maintenance and distribution of promotion/show accessories and costumes 3) assistance in establishing schedules and formats of promotions Whenever possible, promotions and/or shows should be scheduled at least 14 days in advance; in-store demonstrations should be at least 7 days in advance.IN STORE DEMONSTRATIONS AND PROMOTIONAL EVENTSSignature Concepts will: Provide event booking forms that can be completed on-line or faxed to Signature Concepts at (813) 289-2750. Events can also be called directly to (813) 287-1380. Assign a demonstrator or promotional specialist(s) for the event. Confirm event details prior to scheduled date. Provide table and all other necessary items for demonstration/promotion.
Set up posters, table tents or balloons as required. Purchase product when necessary, and submit appropriate receipts. Dress appropriately to enhance the theme.
Provide written report of event. Client will: Provide name, address, contact and telephone number of the account at least 7 days in advance. Specify date and time of the demonstration. Supply product information and promotional materials. Assure that product is available at the account and the contact is aware of the demonstration. Specify any special instructions or requests.
